Governance & Editorial Independence

NSIJ maintains strict editorial independence. Academic decisions are made by qualified editors and are not influenced by financial considerations or publisher interference.

Decision authority

All editorial decisions (accept, revise, reject) are made by:

  • Editor-in-Chief and/or

  • Section Editors and handling editors
based on scholarly merit and ethical compliance.

Publisher non-interference

New Spring Journals Corp does not override editorial decisions and does not influence peer review outcomes.

Financial separation

Optional publishing services (language editing, translation, formatting, print copies, enhanced review) are separated from editorial decisions. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Ethics & integrity oversight

Ethical concerns are escalated through documented procedures, including corrections, retractions, and dispute resolution.
